Subprocessors
These are the companies that process personal data on behalf of 9000 AB to run Hyperspool. The privacy notice covers what we hold, for how long, and when it leaves the EU.
| Company | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Hetzner Online GmbH | Cloud infrastructure: runs the service and stores its data | Finland |
| Scaleway SAS | Backups, DNS and the email we send you | France |
| Proton AG | Our support, security and abuse mailboxes | Switzerland |
| Berget AI AB | The model behind the copilot, for orgs that use it | Sweden |
| Polar Software, Inc. | Payments for self-serve plans, as merchant of record | United States |
| Stripe, Inc. | Card processing for Polar | United States |
Polar and Stripe only handle card payments for self-serve plans. Customers on an invoiced plan under a contract with 9000 AB are not processed by either, so none of their data leaves the EU, the EEA or a country with an EU adequacy decision.
What you connect yourself
When you connect a forge such as GitHub or another account, or a workflow calls a service with your own credentials, that service receives what you authorise or what the workflow sends it. Those are your choices, covered by your own agreement with that service, so they are not listed here.
Changes
Before a new subprocessor starts processing personal data, we add it to this page and email the owners of every org, at least thirty days in advance. Questions and objections go to support@hyperspool.com.
