Terms of service

Last updated 2026-09-07. Applies to the hosted service at hyperspool.dev/workflows.

Who is offering this

The hosted Hyperspool service is operated by 9000 AB, a Swedish company ("we"). You reach us at support@hyperspool.com. By creating or using an account you agree to these terms.

The service

Hyperspool runs workflows you define: pipelines, graphs and scripts, on agents you run or on capacity we host. During the invited preview the service is offered as it is, is changing week to week, and carries no availability commitment. Planned maintenance is announced by email when we can.

Your account

One person per account. Keep your sign-in and your tokens to yourself; what is done with them is done by you. Tell us at once if you think one has leaked, and rotate it from the console. An org's owners and admins control who is in it; leaving an org, or being removed, ends your access to everything in it.

What you may not do

Use the service to break the law, to attack the service or anyone else, to mine cryptocurrency, to relay spam, or to get around a limit your plan sets. We may suspend an org that endangers the service or other users, and we will tell you why.

Your content

Your workflows, code, logs, artifacts and secrets are yours. We process them to run the service, to keep it secure and to help you when you ask. Secrets and credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown in the console or to support tooling. Support may look at your runs and logs the way an owner of your org can, and only to help with something you raised.

Plans and payment

Plans, prices and what each includes are published in the console. Payments are handled by Polar as merchant of record; we never see your card. A plan's limits are enforced as documented, and a downgrade keeps your data within the smaller plan's retention. Fees already paid are not refunded when you leave, except where the law says otherwise.

Ending things

You can have your org deleted at any time by asking support. We can end the agreement for a breach of these terms with notice, and with less notice where the breach endangers the service. Deleting an org removes its runs, logs, artifacts and secrets; copies in backups age out within thirty days.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may change these terms; a material change is announced by email at least fourteen days before it applies. Swedish law governs, and the courts of Stockholm have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights a consumer has under the law of their own country.
